Investment criteria
Target Investments typically have:
- Located in the Southeast United States and have been operating for at least 5 years;
- Proven business model with normalized minimum EBITDA of $2,000,000;
- Attractive returns on capital with modest maintenance CapX requirements;
- Clear, identifiable growth potential;
- Sound margin structure with a substantial source of competitive differentiation;
- Smart, ethical and experienced management who have significant personal investment in the company
We are not prospects to invest in:
- Start ups or seed capital;
- Pools of capital (i.e. funds);
- Intellectual property/ patent rights;
- Complicated/ technical industries which we cannot easily understand
